「The security guy was very nice and helpful, friendly, the place is cultural and lovely, a private area, I felt very safe, the security tried helping me a lot, even gave me a lighter for my cigar, there was two cats there, I’m guessing they were the managers of the property, I loved the stay, very calm and home friendly property 10/10 I would book again when in punta Cana, and it’s near everything as well.」

「The bed sheets were ripped, there were bugs, and the pillowcase was stained. The room also had a noticeable humidity problem. Since there was construction going on, there was dust all over the place, which made the environment even less comfortable. Overall, I didn’t find it to be a very suitable or comfortable environment, especially for female guests. Considering the condition of the accommodation, I don’t think the price is worth it. The cleanliness was also a major issue, and this is...

「Beautiful resort grounds but there is some room for improvement. Alot of the staff does not speak English which made communication a challenge, at night the grounds are really dark and hard to navigate, the rooms do lack a do not disturb sign. More variety needed at the Yolo 24/7 restaurant, and the menus at the specialty dining lacked accurate detailing. Besides that it was a great experience for our family, we had a great spa session, and the kids enjoyed the pool and splash areas! Would...
