「All inclusive resort on beautiful Grace Bay Beach. My friends and I stayed in a large 2 bedroom villa overlooking the ocean. We had a large balcony with a gorgeous view. The staff was friendly and welcoming. Some of the units are being updated so I would recommend you request a unit that has been renovated. Upon check in you receive a schedule of the restaurants. 「Great location right on the reef. Definitely a bonus if you like snorkeling but bring reef shoes and reef friendly sunscreen. Staff members are very friendly! The free continental breakfast was worth skipping at "JoJo's" but "Dune" provides a fabulous ambiance for dining right next to the beach. We didn't venture out from the hotel grounds because we found the hotel's location perfect for what we wanted: 1 night accommodation with easy access to snorkeling on-site. Would definitely stay here...

「We had a week long stay at the Palms and were extremely happy with everything from the property to the service. The rooms were very nice and spacious and allowed us to feel like we were living in a house. The pool area was larger enough to enjoy even when crowded and the views from the rooms and the pools were amazing. 「We had a balcony room. Clean. Excellent aircon & fan, very quiet. Fridge in the room. WiFi was great in the room, but not good on the balcony or communal areas. Less than 5 minutes’ walk to the beach or there is a regular transfer available. The hotel provides sunbeds, parasols and towels. Property is wheelchair friendly plus they have a beach wheelchair to get people in and out of the ocean that one of the other guests was using while we were there. 「It was a beautiful beach and ocean」

「We booked 8 nights at The Tides and really enjoyed our stay. Our room with a den had a bit of a quirky lay out but had the added bonus of being on the top floor with a partial ocean view that we weren't expecting. It worked out great for us because we had a cloudy week so when the beach wasn't ideal, we were content to relax on our very large balcony with the ocean view and great breezes.
