We had a decent stay at the West Bay Club. The restaurant on the beach is fantastic, and the staff was very nice. Great spot for lunch on the beach. There are kayaks, paddle boards, & snorkels you can grab for free right on the beach which was super nice. The hotel has an excellent spot on the beach with a beautiful view. The chairs, umbrellas are very nice. My cons of the hotel were the amenities at the front desk and cleanliness of the room. I felt the room could have been cleaned better. There were some spots that still looked pretty dirty. The chairs in the room were stained up and old. The bed was not very comfortable either. The bed frame was broken so the mattress laid at an angle. During my stay, my wife needed feminine products and a toothbrush. The front desk had neither. They recommended going to a nearby grocery store to purchase them myself. This was fine, but my experience at resorts like this, they typically can provide something simple like a toothbrush. The pool is basic. The breakfast was fine. There is no gift shop or other small store like other resorts have. Overall a decent resort but not my favorite compared to my other stays in Turks & Caicos.

We stayed in a 2-bedroom, 2.5-bath luxury oceanfront suite, and it was exceptional!! The view from the terrace and living room was stellar. Amenities in the rooms were wonderful - full kitchen, laundry, beautiful crisp sheets, and spotless bathrooms. Exceptionally clean. The staff was hospitable and lovely. The "resort" was quiet - the beach was calm and relaxing. Gorgeous blue water, nice sand, respectful people, and not very crowded. Just the way I like it! The only reason I gave "Amenities" 3 stars is that there wasn't much to offer as a "resort". I would not call this place a resort. It is more like a beautiful condo complex with 2 little restaurants and housekeeping (GREAT housekeeping!!). Having Wynmara Resort right next door (a 1-minute walk) was a Godsend, since they had fabulous restaurants and bars, and a bit more action. West Bay Club is perfect for a gorgeous, quiet getaway for those who appreciate well-maintained units and don't mind walking off-property for dinner and entertainment. (Although lunch on the beach at West Bay is fabulous, as well as their drink service on the beach!)

Beautiful resort, not enough staff. Room we stayed in had a 6 inch step up to the shower and toilet. Because I am not used to that I fell coming out of the toilet portion and broke my foot. Please beware if you get a room like this. Only one restaurant on property food is good but has limited menu.

One of the only hotels with a wide beach. The staff was definitely friendly. Breakfast was good maybe a bit more variety but can't complain bc it was free! The food was one of the best on the island. The only thing I would recommend would be more information of things to do on the island.

This hotel has been the best hotel I have stayed at when it comes to hospitality. Everyone was kind and helpful and staff cleans rooms EVERYDAY so you can assure you will have a clean stay while most hotels do not clean everyday throughout your stay unless requested. Could not give their staff enough kudos. Only opportunity for improvement is not allowing guest to save a beach chair by the pool all day for multiple days at a time. Guest would leave their belongings for days at a time to reserve their beach chair not allowing other guests the opportunity to be by the pool enjoying their stay

WBC provided a wonderful six night stay for my wife and me. The room was very spacious, and felt fresh, clean and well appointed. Staff gets an A grade for friendliness, attentiveness, and overall professionalism with extra Shoutouts to MyHanna, Robert, Abagail, Bianka, Irene and Kayoon who role modeled great service. I would like to see the pool roped off to have a section for “adults only” as the whole pool was sometimes overridden by kids. We’ll be back…make sure to have the peanut butter pie ready!

We couldn’t really see beach from our room because room was on the first floor. Breakfast was just OK. Quality coffee could be much better. There are not enough tables if you’re coming around 9am and you have to wait in the line. There is no hand shower. Check out time is on 11am and there is no changing room and shower available for customers.

We had an amazing experience here for our honeymoon, and would absolutely go back. The beach front is expansive and gorgeous. The staff are so kind, helpful, and welcoming, especially Lloydeka and Roshana at the welcome desk. The food options are good and have a casual vibe. Lots of other food options are around and easy to walk down the beach to. Our room was so beautiful and the ocean view was stunning to wake up to. I’d highly recommend staying here!
