「The property was clean and reasonably maintained. The check in staff accommodated my request for first floor room as as I have my young children and don’t want to have balcony. The room was modern, spacious and clean. The restaurant staff is hit or miss! Some are very helpful and cheerful namely Ramon in Fish Deck, Marjorie and Angelica in Black Rock. 「staff was amazing as soon as we drove up. we didn’t have to take our bags to our room or park our car. we got a tour of the property and when we arrived to our room our bags were there already. our room was amazing & very clean. staff was also very responsive and also suggested things for us to do. my husband and i were celebrating our anniversary when we went and the night before our departure we were gifted so many items! we were beyond grateful. we will be back!」

「Resort was very clean, rooms very comfortable well put together and the balcony was larger than expected. We enjoyed our time here and the location has shuttles to take you to the sister resorts too. It is walking distance to many other shops / restaurants.
