I had a such an amazing time at this lovely beach front resort we stayed at 4 night's and 5 days. The resort was nice with a garden view with partially beach view. The had great amenities to enjoy along with different food selections from different restaurants to choose which was great! They also have a sister hotel to use amenities and restaurants as well. You do have to travel with shuttle to sister hotel about 10 minute drive. Shout the staff team Skyers, Mary Chryss, Garnell, Lettuce they were truly so amazing along with everyone else I did not get to mention. Thank you again for everything.

THE best!!! The Alexandria was everything and more for our family of four (college age kids). The aura is everything and it is a place young families, newly coupled, singles, orders and Youngers can enjoy everything the Turks & Caicos has to offer. It was busy enough to feel festive but, we never lacked the ability to find a seat and place for our entire family. Each day is topped off by an incredible view of the Turk's, on fire, sunsets! The room was newly redone, clean and appropriate with one bedroom and adequate pullout/rollout options... rooms were redone and pretty. Spacious balcony with full dining AND lounge seating with exquisite view of the ocean-- completely worth the extra. Food was UNBELIEVABLE-- all buffets, restaurants, bbq's were restaurant quality and plentiful, beyond belief. Drinks and liquor over-flowed from coffee bars, smoothie banquets, bars on beach, on resort and in pool... nothing we asked for they didn't serve-- had specialty drinks and all of our hometown favs, as well. Food was available all times and all days for the taking and enjoying. Staff was so kind and accommodating, at every turn-- we wanted for nothing and requests were always met with expedient and positive response. There are not enough words to convey how extraordinary The Alexandria Resort is... its access to The Blue Haven is such an added bonus and a great escape to another impressive, accommodating resort. Thank you, The Alexandria... We will be back!!!

I will start by saying the only reason I am giving this 2 stars is because of their sister property Blue Haven. I wish we had stayed there instead. Blue Haven was magnificent - friendly staff- beautiful grounds and amazing food. I will start by our first night there. Our room was on the ground floor right next to their entertainment. It was so loud that the walls were vibrating. With 2 toddlers it was impossible to get them to sleep. We asked to change rooms to a more quiet part of the property. They were kind enough to show us another room. When we walked into the room there were 2 employees sitting in there in the dark. No explanation was given. The staff member who was showing us the room said he’d make sure room was checked and cleaned before we moved in the following morning. Fast forward- next morning they tell us that room isn’t available. After repeating we were told that room was confirmed they agreed to give us that room. When we walked in with all of our luggage- we found open half empty beverages in our refrigerator. Not only that there were no amenities. No soap- paper towels or sponges in the kitchen. Closets had no hangers. No pillows or blankets for the pull out bed. I will move onto the food.. It was terrible- hard to find anything we could enjoy. We thought they had several restaurants. They have one outdoor restaurant and they change the name to whatever meal is going to be served. No kids club-no trampoline in water. No toys for kids. DONT GO

Bed in room was like a cardboard box, the property overall is outdated. The breakfast area is not nice. All outdated. Food is okay but not great. Drink options are terrible. Well liquor and mixed with sweet garbage. The sister property is new but has a man made beach in a marina.

The staff at all levels were courteous. The rooms were stocked dailey. The food choices were very good for an all inclusive with speciality night restaurants. At this resort and the Blue Haven. This is my third time at this resort and they are updating the rooms which was nicely done. The Fish deck restaurant was a great by being remodeled and an improved menu and excellent wait staff.

Overall the stay at Alexandria was very good. Our room stood out with a kitchen, one and a half baths, bedroom and a large balcony. Best of all it had a washer and dryer. No more wet bathing suits hanging around. The staff was friendly and the food tasted good, although with limited menus. They need to work on their deserts. Unfortunately, they require you to wear a non removable wrist band with a miniature key card attached. I still can’t fathom why they can’t come up with something better than that because it’s so uncomfortable. The beach here of course is great and is wider here than some other resorts on Grace bay. Definitely would come back.
