「The staff at Grace Bay are exceptional and attentive. Special shout outs to Tiffany our personal Concierge and our Adults Pool side concierge (engineer), Yves, Both made our trip that much more enjoyable. Breakfast was an added bonus and very calming environment beachside. Lewis the night bartender at the Infinite Lounge was a great compliment to the evening drinks. Highly recommend GBC」

I had a bugaloo n it was spacious n clean n comfortable.We had a whole floor with a balcony n washing machine n dryer.It was private n our own Jacuzzi n pool on that side.Staff was very friendly n made sure all our needs where met.I will be back n Thank you for a wonderful experience 💕」

「The Staff at this Hotel were exceptional and made our stay exceptional! From the front desk, morning coffee at the restaurant, lunch by the beach, the young men setting up our day at the beach and the staff that tended our rooms, all were wonderful and went out of their way to make everything perfect! The beach is lovely! We so enjoyed having a delicious lunch at the restaurant located steps from our beach chairs! Yummy salads and sandwiches and again, lovely staff there!! Can’t thank everyone...

「What an absolutely perfect spot. From the moment we entered the property we were in paradise. The staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The view cannot be beat. Being on the reef, if you get close to it you can see all the beautiful fish without even using snorkeling gear, which of course is provided for a truly nominal cost. 「Hotel was clean, there’s no elevator, you will have to carry your luggage, stuff was not very friendly ( not rude) just whatever, there was only 2 that were nice. 」

「Clean well maintained property. Ocean view was breathtaking. Ocean is so clean and we were swimming with different colored fish. Special thanks to property manager Nicola, she helped us with changing our reservation to better accommodate my husband needs who is disabled. Worked out perfect! 「Seven Stars is a beautiful resort with an amazing beach and pool. The resort is spotless clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Both restaurants serve delicious food. It was easy to get chairs and umbrellas down at the beach and the food/drink service at the beach was wonderful.」
