Daily room upkeep was excellent. Included breakfast was delicious with many options. Quiet atmosphere. Beautiful beach and attendants will help you find spot. During our stay, a pipe broke, resulting in loss of water. Multiple workers were called in, and the problem was fixed within three hours. The staff is courteous, attentive, and always helpful. We hope to go back again to the same resort.

The 2 bedroom oceanfront room was perfect. Super clean. Staff kept the room so tidy and provided ample drinking water for us. Beach is stunning and beach staff is attentive and friendly. Sleep in and still have a great beach chair at 12p! No running out to save a chair at 5a - huge positive. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed dinner at Grace’s Cottage too. I will be back!

Loved the boutique feel on beautiful Grace Bay. Beach is wonderful; not too crowded. But they are constructing a new building and the noise started at 7 a.m. and lasted all day; there is also contruction next door to the Point Grace property by St Regis (3 buildings are going up).

3 adults and 2 children stayed last week. The hotel itself is beautiful and our 2 bedroom suite (E204) was beautifully decorated. Rooms are individually decorated and others were not very nicely updated. We got a good rate and quickly realized it was due to major construction. We had an amazing view of the ocean off our living room, but our bedrooms and bathroom faced construction workers, large cranes, jackhammers, etc. all 15 feet away. The construction noise was very loud by the pool, as they do not play any music. It was not noticeable by the ocean. This is not a family friendly hotel. The front reception staff, pool bartender, and Grace's Cottage staff are all friendly to the older couples that seem to frequent this hotel. However, they were very cold to us and our children. The beach staff and breakfast waiters were wonderful though! There is a sign by the pool that reads "PLEASE...No Diving, No Games and No Noise Please." Some of the guests clearly did not appreciate kids being around, but others were very welcoming and friendly. Our children were well behaved but did laugh and play by the pool and beach. None of the other guests made any noise whatsoever. It was very, very quiet. Overall, hotel is beautiful minus the construction. The beachfront is the best I have ever experienced-very secluded. But, it is not family friendly or friendly in general. The other hotels in the area had VERY friendly and helpful staff so we frequented those places instead.

Great stay, boutique hotel, our cottage suite on the ground was like an apartment, with everything, kitchen, washer and dryer, nespresso maker, stove, refrigerator, spacious bedroom , comfortable king bed , terrace , front of the pool and the beach was right there, like 1 or 2 minutes walking from our room, breakfast included very convenient with variety of choices, and we had a dinner on the hotel restaurant, and it was delicious, spectacular beach, white sand, plenty of chairs and umbrellas, pool bar, the best mojitos, nice staff, we ordered drinks and lunch on the beach, very good service, only we would like to suggest is the music on the pool coud be a little louder, and the bathroom needs a magnifying mirror for make up, but we loved the place, see you next year

Practically Perfect in Every Way!

Loved every moment of our stay at Point Grace! All of the staff, especially Cosmey at the bar and Raynard at the beach were fabulous! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Loved the location, little touches (sorbet/ice cream brought to the beach and pool/manager happy hour) and the fact that this is a boutique property with all of the amenities (and more) of a larger hotel!

Amazing!! The staff, the resort, the beach and graces cottage! We absolutely love this place and will be back. Totally walkable to everything else. I don’t know how anyone can not give this 5 stars. Yes, there is construction everywhere but you are having such a good time you hear nothing.
