「Spacious, clean room overlooking the pool. Seal in the door broken so a lot of whistle-howl from the wind but other than that fantastic. Staff for the most part exceptional and fantastic food both at the Black Rock and Fish Deck Restaurant. Loved the option of using the sister Resort Blu Haven! Most amazing of course is the location; allowing for endless walks in both directions along the gorgeous beach of Grace Bay. 」

「Just returned from our week long stay at Beaches TCI. We loved our time there, however just a couple of bumps to recognize. It room was beautiful but shower curtain smelt of mildew. Once we brought it to housekeeping attention it was replaced immediately. Resort it very large so took a bit to get acclimated. Was an effort for someone to actually give us a printed layout of the resort but someone did find one. We figured there would be more information on the resort and itineraries, shows....

「Front desk personnel good-room clean but lacking in amenities (no Kleenex or do not disturb sign) and screen on slider torn-also only 2 hangers-safe difficult to use-and shower head had to be replaced-also maintenance guy & cleaning lady very unfriendly-also snack & beverage case was pretty empty-would not stay here again-also advertising makes it sound like it’s on beach-location was very good-could walk to everything-also it should be stressed there’s no elevator!!」

Entire staff was helpful, Khem, Sley, Love, Fortune, David... too many to mention, all great. Excellent location for relaxation and peace and quiet. Atmosphere was relaxing and comfortable. 「This is truly a luxury five-star experience. The facilities are beautiful and well maintained. The staff is extremely courteous and are there to meet any need you may have. Their service truly goes above and beyond. The ocean views and beach are stunning. The on site restaurant, Land and Sea, is exceptional. We travelled in March 2026, and at this time there was construction noise during the day as they complete new villas. It’s wasn’t a huge disturbance, but just something to be aware of if...

「The staff was very friendly and especially Cortez at the bar. Our problem was with our room which had an odor and a bug on the bed. We were not given a different room nor the room credit we were promised.」

「Beautiful, spacious and clean townhouse. Lots of indoor and outdoor spaces. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning and admiring the pretty pool area. The pool was small but nice. Shuttle to beach was convenient and readily available. Max was great. He shuttled us back and forth to beach and made sure lounge chairs were available for us. He even dug two holes for us to place our umbrellas in. Anne was amazing! She was knowledgeable, so friendly and helped us book all our reservations,...
