Everything was wonderful especially coming off of a week on middle caicos. Only thing I had to get used to was the unexpected noise from construction. But a beautiful friendly resort.

The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.

Room spacious bed comfortable. Property well maintained. The restaurant on site with good options and tasty. The room and bathroom could use updating, but hotel is at a good location with direct access to the beach and close to other restaurants. Would recommend this hotel.

Most gorgeous beach I’ve ever been on. Lovely hotel and facilities. The reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I think it fell short with simple amenities that are important to me. There was no water provided in the room and it cost $7 per bottle at the restaurant. The coffee in the room was de-caf only and we went to the desk to ask for some regular and they sent us to the restaurant for that also which cost $6 per cup. We would have liked to brew coffee in our room as a fully equipped room should allow

The front desk was very attentive to our needs. If you need anything for our rooms, in less than 2 minutes someone was at the door to bring it. The room was perfect for our family. if I ever go back to Turks and Caicos, I will stay at the Sands again.

Beautiful hotel, perfect relaxed beach vibe. Everything is incredibly maintained and we loved the small building peaceful architecture. Service was great: staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to help with every need. Beach in front of the Sands is huge. Lots of room for lounge chairs and umbrellas. Doesn’t feel crowded like other hotels.

The staff, the staff, the staff-nothing short of fantastic, kind, respectful and the most helpful people (especially the concierge Desiree). Perfect location with the cleanest conditions outside (on the property) in addition to inside the room. Everything needed for your stay is on the property (restaurant, shopping, etc.) but if needed there is a shopping plaza in perfect walking distance. Great selection of pools with a beautiful beach view. Would definitely stay again.

I stayed with my husband for 5 nights. It is such a beautiful resort. The rooms are so clean. All the staff are very respectful, sweet, friendly, helpful and make you feel good. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The white sands beach is so clean. The water is so clear and beautiful. The hotel even has a free shuttle to take you to the Palms hotel and bring you back for free. This hotel was so perfect , that makes you wish you stay there forever:)

Resort was very clean, rooms very comfortable well put together and the balcony was larger than expected. We enjoyed our time here and the location has shuttles to take you to the sister resorts too. It is walking distance to many other shops / restaurants. The only downside is there is only one restaurant but it was very good and lower priced than others. Staff was extremely kind. Overall would book one.
