The hotel is very nice, short distance from an amazing beach. The apartment is big, a full kitchen with everything you need in case you want to make your meals. A big and comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. My partner and I love it.

We are a family of 4, we stayed for 12 nights the staff was great always available to assist, room was comfortable, the beach is literally a 2 min walk distance (i timed it) and it's an incredible beach (grace bay) we would come back for sure.

The hotel was lovely/modern. The staff was incredible. The beach was located steps away it was so convenient. Although we had a car rental the grace bay shops were walking distance. The beach was incredible and the pool was refreshing. We watched the kids swim in it from our balcony-they enjoyed it after the beach. Overall it was wonderful.

We had the most amazing family vacation for my 50th birthday. The staff, especially Brenda made my birthday so special and heartwarming it brought tears to my eyes! Everyone was friendly and professional and went out of their way to ensure we had transportation and reservations anytime we requested it. So nice to be welcomed with friendly smile and helpful tips. The room was cleaned and convenient for everyone including families. Very spacious and roomy. The beach is a short walk away but they offer to drive you . Make sure to ask before heading to the beach for an umbrella and chairs . If you don't rent a car they offer bikes to ride into town which is a 5 minute or less bike ride. In town there is a local convenience store for quick necessities. Keep in mind that mostly everything is imported so it can become quite pricey. But if you plan accordingly you can make due. For a good local cuisine a 10 minute walk up the road to Mr. Groupers will not disappoint

Amazing property! right next to the beach and you can walk or bike to the town and grocery store. Staff amazing and very helpful if I needed anything while i was there.Literaly down the block from the famous Thursday fish fry, Mr. Groupers and Shisha lounge. I want to keep this a hidden gem but the property deserves their flowers.

We really enjoyed our stay at The Tides. The one-bedroom unit was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a large patio and partial water view. The well-equipped kitchen, along with the washer and dryer, made it feel like a home away from home. The property is small, quiet, and relaxing, just steps from Grace Bay Beach and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Brenda was friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. A great choice for anyone looking for a peaceful alternative to the larger resorts.
