「Our room was on the beach with a view of the beach. We were 20 feet from the beach. Room was very clean. Meals were excellent amazingly consistent. Drinks were great. I loved the spa. Staff was helpful and friendly.」

「This property is beautiful. The pool is crystal clear, the staff was incredibly friendly and whatever detergent they use smelled fresh and clean thought the whole unit. And the bartender DeShawn (sp?) is 5 stars! The best freshly made drinks the whole vacation. My husband won't shut up about the margarita lol. Would absolutely go back!」

「Bar and staff were phenomenal, rooms can use an upgrade but definitely not horrible. It’s just hard to track what activities and restaurants are open since we get a paper print out of the info and mine went swimming day one. I’ll definitely be back!」

「RWI is always amazing. Sherman and Ken are the best. The grounds are immaculate and the beach is unbelievable. We will continue to go back to Royal West Indies Resort! 」

「The location of the property is great. Beautiful beach and close to everything. The furnitures in the unit are in good condition and aesthetically pleasing. The building and the actual suite is dated tho and not very well maintained. Overall, the hotel rate is good considering the location of this resort but will likely not stay there again. 」

「This is a smaller property, but the layout is very well thought out to make it feel bigger (you keep finding hidden corners). Staff is super helpful and friendly. You can walk downtown or use the free e-bikes they have to get there even faster. While the hotel is not directly on the beach, it is a very short walk (hint: cut through the parking lot, it's super close!) In summary, hotel is great! As for Turks and Caicos, I would not choose this island as a Caribbean destination... Prices are...

「Clean room, hard working staff, great location right off the beach. Plenty of parking. My kids loved having a room that walked out onto the pool. We walked to the Bay Bistro for an easy breakfast, and Hemingways at the Sands was an easy walk for dinner. Not far from SaltMills plaza either. We will be back! Thanks for a great stay!」

「I am so content with my decision to stay here. The staff were friendly always helpful and professional. The rooms and facility were always being unkept. Their swim up bar and quick access to the beach was insanely perfect. Probably turning this to my yearly visit spot to vacation. 」
