Resort is very beautiful and is right on the Grace bay beach which had turquise color water and white soft sand. Water clarity was so clear that you can see the sand. Beach in front of the property was like a big swimming pool as not too deep. Used their complimentary kayaks and paddle boards on the water. They also had swimming pool, pickle ball court and bikes to go around. Resort had a cafe, restaurant and a bar which was convenient if you don't want to step out for food. Also, resort has so much greenery in and around with shrubs, coconut trees and was so pleasant even during hot days. Room had a fully equipped kitchen if you want to make your own food and a big balcony to relax. Staffs were friendly with lovely smiles. Loved the resort and would defintely recommend it. We picked the perfect time to come. Spring break is over and the summer season hasn’t started yet. Place was dead! Maybe 10 other couples. Weird that the restaurant/bar doesn’t charge to the room. That prevented us from eating and drinking there. Without keeping a tab open it was a pain so we went elsewhere. Breakfast was good, room provided what it was supposed to. Everything on island is ridiculously priced. So you never feel like you’re getting value. This was the cheapest place we found and it was still way over priced.

Nice to see some updates to the resort compared to 3 yrs ago. New beach furniture and umbrellas. Upgrade of offered bathroom toiletries. little things like fancy rolled towels, upgraded kitchen in room, detail to groomed landscaping, welcome drink upon arrival, and food/drink delivery service on the beach. Assistance from desk clerk as well as housekeeper was noticeable. The full laundry appliances in the room were very helpful. The outdoor grilling area near the pool was very helpful since food/ dining out is expensive. Having some highly restrictive dietary needs, the kitchen in the room that was amply stocked and the grilling area, allowed me to cook my own food safely. Also noticed friendliness of every staff member we encountered during our stay. The location of this resort on Grace Bay is great. The resort is older than most on Grace Bay and definitely needs upgrades, especially to the rooms (* furniture), but for the price, this is definitely worth looking at when booking your vacation. We plan to return in the future.

I stayed at Ocean Club West Resort in Turks and Caicos from Thursday through Monday, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish. The resort was beautiful, clean, quiet, and very relaxing. Check-in was smooth and easy, and we were even able to get into our room a little early around 3 PM, which was appreciated after traveling. The front desk staff was always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We stayed in a spacious one-bedroom suite that was perfect for a couples getaway. The balcony was great, and I especially appreciated the mesh screen covering that helped keep mosquitoes away while still enjoying the outdoor space. The beach and water were absolutely stunning. One thing we loved was that there were always plenty of beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas available no matter what time of day we went down to the beach. We also ate at Reef Rockers twice during our trip and the food was excellent both times. Another highlight was booking an excursion directly through the front desk, which made everything very easy and convenient. The boat even picked us up right on the beach near Grace Bay Club. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. We had beautiful weather, a wonderful experience, and would absolutely recommend Ocean Club Resort to anyone visiting Turks and Caicos!

OCW on the beach is in a great location to walk to shops and restaurants. The property was tropical, lush, clean, and quiet. The room was better than the pictures online. The washer and dryer was a benefit. There was always open loungers with umbrellas on the beach. It was nice having no panhandlers on the beach. Staff could benefit from training on menu items. The kayaks and paddle boards were a nice amenity. Floating devices would have been nice. Would definitely go back.
