Spacious and very clean room. Lots of restaurants near by and shops. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was expensive for a cocktail $18 usd. Could find cheaper at a restaurant or the grocery near by had a good selection of wines and beers. Breakfast was good. Not too many options but just enough.

Excellent central location near stores, restaurants, and the amazing beach. Far less expensive than other hotels on the island, but some of the nicer details are missing. Sloppy appearance in some common and outdoor areas, older furniture in room, some unfriendly/indifferent staff, dingy breakfast room with limited items. But all worth the inexpensive price for such a beautiful location.

We arrived to be placed in a room that did not match the photos on their website. After working through it with the front desk they accommodated us. The men at the front desk were polite and helpful.

This hotel is rated 3 stars, I'll give it 2 stars just because of its location. If it wasn't for the location I would give it 1 star. The location is great! Beach is basically across the street, we didn't use the beach shuttle they provide because its walking distance. and theres a plaza in front of the hotel that has restaurants and shops. The free breakfast included is terrible!! Watery scrambled eggs, stale bread and croissants. The pool was nice and the pool furniture too, but the jacuzzi looks older than me. Our room was outdated and smelled like mold and damp. Within 3 days my throat hurt and i developed a cough. When I came home my doctor told me i had a respiratory infection. I asked her if it could be from the room? She said absolutely! I had to call the front desk to un clogged the sink, and fix the tv, none of them were working. Also, housekeeping took all our dirty towels but never replaced them, so we had to call to request towels. This is my 3rd time in Turks and Caicos but my 1st time staying at this resort and we will not be returning

We had a fantastic stay in Providenciales. The hotel room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, featuring a great shower and a cozy loveseat that made it easy to relax after a day out. One of the highlights was the hotel’s amenities—complimentary chair and umbrella rentals made beach days effortless, and it was an easy walk to the beautiful Grace Bay Beach. For added convenience, the hotel also offered a shuttle service to the beach. The pool bar was a fun spot to unwind, serving up excellent cocktails while streaming football games on NFL RedZone, which was a nice touch for sports fans. Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a great mix of comfort, convenience, and amenities in a prime location.

Location wasn’t bad but the place need total renovation; need to be cleaned. Would not recommend to my worse enemy. Breakfast area didn’t look clean. The only time I allow them to clean my room ; they did give me enough towels; was out of toilet paper and didn’t get any. ; had to look for someone to get me some. Floor was left dirty.

Was more of a motel feel. Place run down and needs maintenance. Water only came out of three holes in shower head, room smelled very musty even with ac running, fan in bath so loud you couldn’t stay in there with it on, tiles falling off side of pool.

no they did not leave enough towels for us. They left enough for 2 people and we were 3. When we called for additional towels they never brought them up. Also the room had no ventilation, there was no way for our wet clothes bathing suits to dry. It was really difficult. Lastly, they did not clean our room properly, the floors were sandy and dirty. The front desk was not very helpful with questions.

I was a bit worried about booking this hotel because it isn’t waterfront but it is very close to the beach and in a perfect location. I was also worried because other reviews mentioned unhelpful staff—everyone we dealt with was wonderful. It’s a great price for the area and we fully enjoyed our stay.

Great resort in Providenciales, Turks & Caicos. It's located across the street from Grace Bay Beach. Resort has shuttle service for it's guest to the beach and the beach seating area is very close to the water. Daily breakfast was good.
