Our room was fully stocked and clean. Every staff member we interacted with was polite and smiling. The entire resort was spotless and the pool water was crystal clear. The free shuttle to town was convenient. Overall, Ocean Club Resort was excellent.

Very clean. Friendly helpful staff. Quiet part of grace bay beach with shuttle bus service to downtown area worked out great. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. Fully equipped kitchen for those who choose to cook.

Everything we wanted and expected from our Turks and Caicos vacation. Appreciated all the staff, everyone was welcoming and courteous. Loved our room and the kitchen, and the balcony with the ocean view was perfect for a relaxing breakfast or a drink. The food in the beachfront restaurant was pretty good, we tried the breakfast, lunch and dinner there. Also, the shuttle to the Ocean Club West was very convenient to get to the center.

Room clean but ancient furniture. This resort was more like the nursing home of resorts. No entertainment! Everyone in bed my 9:00. Staff was very professional and kind. The kicker for me was no room service! Although it was not all inclusive I was thinking you could at least order from 1 of the 2 restaurants and they would deliver it…no such thing! 1st and last time!

Beautiful grounds, spacious room (jr suite), stocked kitchen, a friendly hotel kitty (seriously, nothing better then a cat visit on vacation!) One bit of feedback though, there is absolutely no advertisement of any activities that are offered at the resort, information of things to do in the area or any info about the weather, ocean temp, nothing like that. It would be great to see some activities listed upon check in that we could make arrangements for with the front desk. Even just basic paddle boards at the beach, we had no idea you even offered them until we asked about it when we saw someone paddling on one.

We love this place. Our 2 bedroom ocean view room was stunning with updated furniture. The pull out couch was very comfortable. The view outstanding! The only downfall was that the off property restaurant beside was very noisy with loud music at times. Blaring music at 2am and 6am some days. We like the proximity of the pool and restaurant to the beach. Beach had lots of broken shells so I would bring water shoes. The maids did a good job at cleaning.

Our week-long stay at Ocean Club in December 2025 was nothing short of exceptional. Check-in and check-out were smooth and effortless, setting the tone for a relaxing vacation. The staff are incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The entire resort is spotless—our room was super clean, and all public spaces were being thoroughly maintained throughout the day. The location is perfect, and the beach is absolutely stunning: quiet, pristine, and ideal for relaxing. The overall atmosphere is calm and peaceful with no noise disturbances, which we really appreciated. The food is outstanding, with every meal exceeding expectations. Between the excellent service, the beautiful property, and the serene beachfront setting, we felt the stay was truly worth the money we paid.
