「Such a great place to stay! The staff are amazing and so helpful they will go above and beyond to help you have a great trip. They are like family.」

「⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ COMO Parrot Cay delivered exactly what we were looking for: peace, privacy, and the opportunity to truly disconnect. What made this stay unforgettable was the people. We have stayed at many wonderful hotels around the world, but this was one of the very few where we learned and remembered the names of so many team members because of the genuine care they showed every single day. Thank you to Leo, Alex, Ugyen, Yoga, Om, Valerio, Punami, and Claribel. You made us feel welcomed, cared for,...

「High end, low key. Old school Caribbean. Very personable, all staff are exceptional. Food excellent. 」

「Amazing time! Loved every moment.」

「Great staff. Very clean place」

「We loved our stay! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Top notch.」

「The suite I booked was very spacious, clean and nicely furnished. I had everything I needed, from toiletries to kitchen accommodations. Garden view is better in my opinion since it comes with more privacy and is quiet, still only meters from the beach. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful without overdoing it. I did not get any erroneous charges. Check-in and out went smoothly and with punctuality. The grocery store shuttle was a great convenience too. The resort is not far from the...

「The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.」

「Only thing is Wi-Fi speed very very very poor (solow)! Only first day ok (not fast just can using) 2 3 4 days. Every day. Too solow. Can not open website! Map! Who can believe? Hope there can update speed, every one need internet! 」

「The hotel doesn’t meet Ritz Carlton standards Feels like conference hotel, rooms are basic with simple furniture, generic wall art , no elegant decor or flower arrangement. It rained every day, (we were during rainy season)there were no umbrellas available in rooms or lobby, it’s unacceptable for luxury hotel.Even the complimentary coffee in lobby was lukewarm.Turks are beautiful but resort itself falls far short of the luxury and standards associated with The Ritz Carlton name.」

「This resort was classy top to bottom. The room and the turn down service were impeccable, the service at bars and restaurants was excellent, the food was stellar and you cannot beat the Grace Bay beach and the Palms pool if you wanted a break from the sun at the beach. We went for our 10 year wedding anniversary and couldn't have been happier with our choice. We left talking about the next time we can come back and stay.」

「We had an AMAZING stay. The property is well maintained. Amenities convenient. Food GOOD. Staff EXCEPTIONAL! Shout Out to Raheem!」

「Clean room. Beautiful beach. Beautiful beach view from balcony. Very friendly staff」

「⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Unforgettable Experience! I genuinely cannot say enough wonderful things about Windsong on the Reef! From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our experience was nothing short of incredible. First and foremost, the STAFF! I have traveled to many places, but I can confidently say that the people working at Windsong are some of the kindest, warmest, and most genuinely welcoming individuals I have ever encountered in my life. Their hospitality is truly...
