We had a great stay at the Zenza hotel! The staff was very accommodating and the room was perfect. We were in Turks for my birthday celebration and Mario surprised me with a flowers and champagne! It was gorgeous. Thank you Mario and Zenza hotel!

Large balcony with pretty view of the harbor.Good size room.Loved the fresh pastries, fruit, & coffee included each day. Beach with good snorkeling a 10 minute walk. Many dining options within 10-15 minute drive. Would recommend renting a car.

Great service, location and attention to detail! Not mentioned is their free continental breakfast and fruits pretty much all day! What a bonus. Also beach umbrellas and chairs at the Reef! All the pleasant little bonuses made the experience even better; could not ask for a better stay in an area that seems like the heart of town. Highly recommended! Mario and the other front desk workers were so accommodating and helpful too!

Cherry and Mario were so Amazing. I love and appreciated them so much. Cherry was extremely helpful before I arrived helping out with an enhancement. And, once we arrived my daughter and I were blown away. They all exceed my expectations for the enhancement setup. The taxi drivers, the Jet Ski outing was so much fun. Everything from Check-In to Check out was phenomena. I will definitely be returning.

Great hotel. Small, intimate in a nice location. The rooms were very clean and the hotel staff were friendly. I’d definitely revisit this hotel in the future. I think this is idea of a couples getaway without all the hustle and bustle.

Clean and comfortable with a simple, modern vibe. Friendly, responsive, helpful staff. It met my expectations for a boutique hotel in this price range. We had a penthouse suite, which I believe was well worth the extra expense. The extra space indoors & outdoors, higher floor views, and private hot tub really elevated our experience. Very happy with the nearby amenities (walkable) including a quaint beautiful beach (Smith’s Reef), several great restaurants (Baci & Mango Reef), and a cafe open for breakfast & coffee (TurkWave). Also enjoyed the marina vibe with the boats coming and going. Obviously, this isn’t a Grace Bay resort with a private beach, but it was easy to get cabs to the Grace Bay Area for activities & dining. Overall we think this stay was a great value for what we were looking for - a luxury experience for a fraction of the resort prices.

We spent our honeymoon at the Zenza Hotel and it exceeded our expectations. Tucked away from the busy tourist areas, it offered a relaxed, low-key vibe that was perfect for us. The hotel provided beach towels, snorkel gear, umbrellas, lounge chairs, and convenient golf cart rides to and from the beach. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, and the best part was having Smith’s Reef right off the nearby beach. We swam with sea turtles every day! The beach was never crowded, and the daily complimentary fruit, cookies, coffee, and pastries were a great touch. Plus, several excellent restaurants were within walking distance.
