「You NEED A vehicle to get around in. The Entire road leading to the condo is Koleche with pot holes for about 16 min straight. The day we checked in, the restaurant that is onsite was closed and the nearest and Expensive restaurant (Conch Shack) was about 23 min away. The rooms are clean and there is a beautiful view of the ocean in building 2 (not as beautiful as Grace Bay). The hostess was very slow on responses and only answers questions about the property. She did also give 1 restaurant...

「The property is on the smaller side and the location is a bit away from the more populated areas of Grace Bay. This was an added bonus because the resort was quiet and we never felt we had to get up super early to reserve beach chairs. The included breakfast was average but adequate. The food by the beach was outstanding and both the restaurant service and beach service was excellent.」

「This place is magnificent! I had a bugaloo n it was spacious n clean n comfortable.We had a whole floor with a balcony n washing machine n dryer.It was private n our own Jacuzzi n pool on that side.Staff was very friendly n made sure all our needs where met.I will be back n Thank you for a wonderful experience 💕」

「Everything about Ellipse was amazing! I wish I had more time! The property and room was absolutely pristine!!! Cleanest room I have ever had. And the decor was everything. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. My room was even ready and they allowed me to check in before 12. Cutest market and shop Caribbean outpost there on the property. Can’t wait to return!」

「What an absolutely perfect spot. From the moment we entered the property we were in paradise. The staff is so friendly, warm, and welcoming. The rooms are immaculate and beautiful. The view cannot be beat. Being on the reef, if you get close to it you can see all the beautiful fish without even using snorkeling gear, which of course is provided for a truly nominal cost. 「Worse hotel to stay at. It’s more a timeshare than a hotel. No elevators to get to your room. You have to walk up 10 flights of stairs. Poor customer service. Waited 3 hours after check in for out room to be ready because the air conditioning wasn’t working. Nobody to help with your luggage so you have to carry all your luggage up 10 flights of stairs in a zig zag path. One restaurant that closes early and only have 3 options and are over priced. 「I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!」

「The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.」

「The staff at Grace Bay are exceptional and attentive. Special shout outs to Tiffany our personal Concierge and our Adults Pool side concierge (engineer), Yves, Both made our trip that much more enjoyable. Breakfast was an added bonus and very calming environment beachside. Lewis the night bartender at the Infinite Lounge was a great compliment to the evening drinks. Highly recommend GBC」
