「We recently stayed at Windsong on the Reef for our family vacation in Turks and Caicos. The location is absolutely beautiful, with breathtaking ocean views and direct access to the stunning turquoise waters of Grace Bay. One of the highlights is the amazing snorkeling right off the beach, which makes this hotel such a special place to stay.
The resort has a peaceful, intimate atmosphere, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy quality time with family. The natural beauty of the...

「There were a few pleasant staff members, but overall, the service and experience were extremely disappointing. The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received.

「The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.」
