「My wife and I stayed for 3 nights this week and The Grace Bay Club is AMAZING!!!! We are avid travelers and enjoy staying at very nice resorts. We actually were booked but canceled our reservation and left another luxury hotel that rhymes with Fitz because of horrible service there. I can’t say enough great things about the facility, the amenities, the views and especially the people at the GBC!! If you want the best place to stay in the Turks and Caicos, this is it!! Special shout out to Fitz...

「The staff was so genuinely friendly and attentive. When we arrived at the hotel we could see it was well kept. We loved our room! We stayed at the Beachside building and the room excellent! I loved the galley kitchen with everything you need. We even did laundry before we left. I was celebrating my 50th birthday and they had a sweet card and bottle of wine for us. I’m an interior designer and I loved the room! There were plenty of towels and the view was of course stunning! We snorkelled right...

「I stayed at this villa to celebrate my birthday, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. The hosts were amazing so welcoming, attentive, and kind. I will definitely be booking again. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, but the bathroom was my favorite part. It was large, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing. Everything about the stay was lovely, and I truly loved every moment. I can’t wait to book again!」

「The property could use an upgrade. Everything feels and looks outdated. I stayed for 4 days, 3 nights and although I would’ve liked to stay on the island a bit longer, I couldn’t wait to checkout. The bed and “pillows” in my room were very uncomfortable and the air conditioner unit is quite old and makes a loud noise every few hours, so sleep was a bit challenging because of that. 」

「The unit was clean and well equipped. It does need to have blackout curtains. The sun rises early and you will be woke up early, early first thing in the morning. When staying here you will need to have a rental car- but driving almost anywhere on the island only takes 30 minutes.」

「A true hidden jewel. Everything is superb. The breakfast right on point. The staff courteous and friendly. The room immaculate. The poolside bar with cool and refreshing beverages-with and without alcohol. The food ordered at the bar surprisingly tasty. (The bartender Cosmel is warm, engaging and entertaining.). This is a cannot miss pick for a superb vacation.」

「We loved our stay at The Palms! Everything was perfect from day 1, the rooms were spotless and the staff was so attentive. The hotel is beautiful and the restaurants on site are great. I would definitely come back and book again! My only suggestion would be that the beach attendants be a bit more proactive. In the 5 days we were there, they never set up our beach chairs/opened umbrellas. Not a big deal for us but it was something we noticed. All in all, lovely place and can’t wait to be back!」
