「Windsong on the Reef was terrific. Not a huge property so it was nice to not feel crowded like some of the other resorts. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Water Boys were also nice and fun to talk to. Our oceanfront suite was very large and open and was updated. I would definitely return to this property. 」

「We had a wonderful stay. The hotel is laid out nicely and it’s very easy to get around. In regards to location, you can’t get any more central to all - stores, restaurants, and snorkelling. They are updating their pool/bar area which is slotted for September - Dec ‘24 which should help keep it in line with the newer resorts.」

「We loved our stay!!! Service/staff was great, rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean, the property is so pretty, the beach was amazing, and the food was excellent! BLT steakhouse is on the property and it was AMAZING! The pools are also really nice but my kids were too big for the kid’s pool (9&12 years old) and you have to be 18 to go in the adult pool so that was the only downfall. I highly recommend it here and would definitely stay again! 」

「We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Shore Club. This resort was elegant and relaxing with breath taking views. The staff was amazing and very helpful with even small requests. Our room was private and luxurious and very quiet. The grounds were extremely well done with multiple scenic pools and a hot tub on the beach. The free buffet breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and a great way to start the day. We travel alot and this was one of the most well run hotels I've seen in a long time....

「Good location. Basically a nice motel. Staff was nice. Breakfast was not good unless you like to carb load in the morning. I would recommend this place if you want an affordable option in grace bay area that is five minute walk from the beach. 」

「Narvy was our concierge and he was wonderful. We had a great housekeeper during our time at the resort. We had a king suite villa. The rooms were spacious and even had a washer dryer. We had a wonderful ocean view and were right on the beach. I had several great spa services. The small boutique on the property had some nice things as well.
