「Seven Stars is the kindest and most hospitable staff all around. The place is beautiful and relaxing. Hope to come again. Hands down worth the trip and stay!」

「The staff Laverne, Micheal, JuJu and “In Training” lol were all accommodating. The stay was clean and relaxing. The pool was easily accessible. The restaurants had some of the best food on the island as a tourist. The location was close to a lot of popular spots. We had a ride to the beach provided by the hotel. If you’re thinking about staying, don’t hesitate.」

「It was a great stay, smaller boutique style hotel. Staff is very friendly, food was good, room was spacious. Great experience overall.」

「Excellent resort beautiful and well kept staff was great and very accommodating. Will definitely be back!」

「Beautiful」

「The rooms were a bit outdated, but I would still stay here again. The staff made me feel like I was visiting family! The rooms were clean, the staff were kind and very accommodating. The best part is the location of the hotel to the beach. Felt like I could roll out the bed and be on the beach. We even tried to re-book another visit before we checked out but all the rooms were sold out. No need to look any further, just book the room!」

「Beautiful adult, clean, friendly staff place. No complaints」

「Clean room. Beautiful beach. Beautiful beach view from balcony. Very friendly staff」

The cost of this resort does not justify the experience or level of service we received. We encountered numerous issues during our stay, including extremely loud and leaking AC, a malfunctioning screen door, water dripping from the ceiling, an unpleasant bathroom odour, no hair conditioner, and a sticky, dirty hair dryer. The robes were stained and worn, and we were only given one robe...

「The property was under renovation so the spa wasn’t available and there was construction ongoing. The staff at the front desk, restaurant and pool/beach were friendly and helpful. Hemingway restaurant is a great spot for all meals. The bikes were a bit disappointing; older and not in great shape but we took them to town as they were rideable. Overall we had a great time.」

「Only thing is Wi-Fi speed very very very poor (solow)! Only first day ok (not fast just can using) 2 3 4 days. Every day. Too solow. Can not open website! Map! Who can believe? Hope there can update speed, every one need internet! 」

「Great stay at the Retreat. It embraces the name! The concierge was very friendly and gave us excellent recommendations for water excursions and local restaurants. Our room was very spacious and everything in it felt brand new. I especially liked that the bathroom has separate wet and dry areas, and the memory foam mattress was very comfortable. The room was spotless. Housekeeping came twice a day, including an evening turndown to get the room ready for sleeping. I used the pool, hot tub, and...
