We chose this hotel last minute after missing our flight. One more night in St Thomas vs returning to snow? Ok!!! The room was great, the view from our room as well as around the resort was very nice. The location is a 10min walk into everything Charlotte Amolie has to offer. Our stay was quiet and pleasant.

The bar staff, waiters, cleaning personnel and bell man were very friendly. The ladies at behind the main desk were not friendly and to be honest always acted like they were annoyed you were there.

The location is perfect this hotel has a restaurant for dinner they also have a pool grill/bar for breakfast lunch open till 6 pm. All was very clean the only complaint is that the front desk ladies are not pleasant at all.

Most days the hot tub was hot; however, there were a couple of days it was chilly. The room was clean and we received new towels as needed.

Clean with nice location. Staff was so helpful. Pool area was big and staffed. We also dined in resort restaurant a few times. They have a good menu and food. Make sure to visit the coffee shop as well.

Check out is 10:00am , very early to get to the airport. The front desk let us use the facilities and use the gym showers for us to get ready when we really needed to go. So we we able to use the pool and jacuzzi and then shower and get on our way.

1. My biggest thing is the vented bathroom door. They should have a solid door. 2. The museum should be free to customers 3. There should be a free shuttle van to and from the airport. 4. A timed shuttle that can drop off peopleas far as Fort Christine on one side and the Port of sale Mall on the other. Only due to the steep hill to get on and off the property.

The room was nice and clean, the store was a little expensive but you pay for convenience. The pool and hot tub area was nice. Restaurant was wonderful, food may need a little seasoning for some but very good, I loved the garlic soy glazed wings. The staff were nice and helpful by ordering taxis and providing insider tips on where to go. Overall, nice place and I would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay at Bluebeards Castle. My room was nice and big with a great balcony that had an awesome view of the cruise ships docked in St Thomas. It was convenient to have a restaurant on site for breakfast lunch and dinner. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Cleaning the bathrooms in the rooms meds to be addressed. When we got into the room , we immediately noticed the hairs all over the bathroom (body hairs ) eew than we looked into the shower and more hair along with the floors were nasty . Rooms itself was in decent condition, no mold smells and the bed wasn’t bad but the front desk staff could definitely use some costumer service refreshing instead of the rude attitudes. The gentleman driving the golf cart were extremely helpful and nice and made the experience better dealing with them . The advertise restaurant and such but there really is only the pool bar open most of the time and breakfast is only served there and if your not at the bar you have to get it to go which we found a hassle not a relaxing vacation vibe . All and all “ decent “hotel but would not return .
