The friendly and wonderful staff made this stay really comfortable. I am not used to having hotel staff as helpful and friendly as this hotel has and I mean anywhere in the Caribbean!

Property was beautiful with lush greenery. Denise was super helpful during check in. And we were just a short walk down the road to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Food next door was out of this world. Would stay here anytime we’re back in Anguilla

The gardens on property are so pretty and interesting to learn about. Our 3rd floor walk up to our corner studio room had a romantic plantation feel, it was very clean and large, and the bathroom also had a large double shower heads with plenty of room for 2 guests.

Room was very nicely laid out, spacious and clean, fantastic terrace. Towels changed and bins emptied daily, otherwise no cleaning or bedmaking, but this was perfectly fine. The staff was friendly, we saw them at arrival and departure. The location is great, right next to the absolutely fabulous Shoal Bay beach, about a five minute walk and about another 15 minutes across the beach to Ola‘s beach cafe where the Fountain offers free chairs and parasols. The pool is very pretty but not serviced regularly - perhaps that‘s why it wasn‘t used a lot. On the other hand, with the most beautiful beach next door, who needs a pool?

The staff are super friendly and provided useful tips and recommendations. When we needed more towels they were delivered quickly. The beds were comfortable and there was easy access to the beach. Everything on the island was within 30 minutes drive so the location was perfect.

Communication with the staff was great, friendly, helpful. The property is on the smaller side, which I loved. When I was there, I think I only saw a total of 6 other guests. I had the pool to myself each night, which was truly lovely...but I am sure it is more crowded during other parts of the season. The room was clean and fresh, with AC that functioned marvelously. The studio I was in was on the third floor with a great balcony, high ceilings, lounge space, mini fridge/toaster/micro and coffee pot, etc. Bed and pillows were super comfy and clean, plenty of towels, too. Bonus was being able to do a load of laundry right outside my room door. Perhaps the best thing was walking past out the back gate to the path/trail that leads you to a gorgeous beach and access to the fancy resort next door. Fountain has no restaurant or food items for sale, so if you don't have a car bring some things with you (snacks, drinks). The place next door is pricey but has restaurants & a boutique. A couple minutes walk down the beach are few places to dine/drink and lounge. Improvements that would make a difference for guests: If the Fountain office sells just a few convenience items (chips, cookies, candy, pelligrino or sodas. One shelf with a couple baskets of these things). I didn't feel safe on the path after dark. The toaster and coffee maker are all on a tall shelf making it hard to use, having those on a lower shelf is needed. All in all, I will definitely come back.

This property is located about a five minute walk from the beach and walking distance from a few other accommodations. I stayed in a garden studio. Very spacious with A/C, two queen sized beds, dresser, wardrobe, mini fridge and television. The bathroom was spacious also, with twin sinks and shower heads. Denise was the star of The Fountain for my stay. Very helpful with arrangements of transportation from and to the airport and elsewhere. Staying at The Fountain also gives access to Zemi - (Hilton) beach chairs, lounge and restaurants.

I loved staying here. Tucked away, V idyllic, comfortable units, landscaped pool area etc. Access to beautiful Shoal Bay a few mins by foot or car (car recommended!). Front desk (Merlyn and Prudence) extremely warm and gracious as were all people working at Fountain Anguilla. Hope I get the opportunity to return!

Anguilla is a special kind of place. Don’t go there looking for tourist trinkets and shopping. Go there for the beach, the people, and solitude (in the summer). Everyone was great. The staff at Foutain were wonderful, the rooms are as expected at this price point and honestly you can’t really go wrong here. Great experience and we will be back!

Veldig fint rom og fint område. Betjeningen var veldig hjelpsomme. Vi hadde en studio leilighet. Det eneste negative med det var at det var veldig lytt fra hovedleiligheten og vi hørte mye av det naboene drev med gjennom døra som skilte leilighetene. Bassenget var litt skittent. Ingen frokost tilgjengelig og ingen butikker i nærheten. Litt avhengig av leiebil. Verdens fineste strand rett ved.

The garden and pool area is like an Oasis. Very peaceful and quiet with good proximity to beautiful Shoal beach. Prudence the resident Manager is super, she provided very useful information, checked daily with us to see if we needed anything. Made arrangements for our RT-PCR test and booked our ferry back to St. Maarten. Outstanding customer service.

Fountain Stay

we enjoyed our stay . We had ample space and the views were amazing . Prudience and everyone was a great help making sure we had everything we needed . Every one was friendly . Every morning my kids would wake up and jump in the pool . Theres a short walk to the beach I tried on my own very seculded and peaceful but never alone as there was people on the beach . Then sunshine felt great as we relaxed at the Fountain cant wait to go back ; even before we reached home my kids already wanted to go back to the Fountain for another vacation .Thanks for the GREAT stay .
