「The food was not the best at the Mama Juana Rest. (Italian Food). There was only one employee working at the Pizza/Pasta station with a line of people waiting. Clean room. Excellent staff. Lack of activities during the day and night. The casino and the disco are so far (outside the hotel area). Comparing to other “all inclusive hotels” this is not the best option!」

「The facility was very nice, and the rooms and common areas were very clean. The staff was friendly. However, the hotel is very close to the airport, and the noise level is extremely loud. Sometimes the smell of jet fuel overwhelmed us at the pool. The free breakfast was ok, but the offerings are not the same you would expect in the U.S. The daily credits given for the hotel store and bar/restaurant have to be used daily and often there is no one at the bar and the food comes on island time...
