「Nice kitchen and has utensils」

「The room wasn't soundproof, so I could hear outside noises. The price wasn't cheap, and water was extra. It wasn't a good experience.」

「The property was clean except for the carpet in the bedroom. The staff at front office was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was close to the beach, only to cross the street. Faccio Pizza was amazing, the food, the staff and the drinks. Loved it. Emigrante Gastrobar not good at all, including the staff not welcoming at all. Our stay was a 7 out of ten.」

The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I...

「I have 15 years staying at the Embajador Never fails, is my home in my country. We’re your nerves system feels relaxed with the sounds of the birds and the beautiful Garden.. makes me feel very proud of who founded it Trujillo. Only problem is that it’s some new staff, they don’t know to keep their self in the place as employees. As a Dominican national I cant be too friendly. They would immediately cross the line of not keeping their distance and work ethic. Over all is the best Hotel...

I booked this hotel expecting a relaxing, luxurious experience while celebrating my birthday alone in Punta Cana. Instead, what should have been a special and memorable occasion turned into a series of unacceptable problems, disappointment and unnecessary stress. For a hotel that presents itself as a luxury resort, the...
