Room was okish. PROBLEM 1.... You can't manage or control the water temperature of the shower. The first night was so hot we couldnt bathe well. By the next evening they adjusted and it was ok. The next morning it was ridiculously hot again. PROBLEM 2, minor but an issue.... Soap in the shower read as conditioning shampoo, the on by the sink was hand wash, body wash....... How stupid..... Only when I asked the reception did they say, its all the same thing. PROBLEM 3... Bathroom leaked into the bed area..... Not alot but still a leak..... PROBLEM 4.... No direct contact, no phone to the reception area..... PROBLEM 5.....There was a roach in the room and this was the last straw..... The response by reception was less than stellar.... Like it seemed to be a common thing...i asked to be moved to another room and they said they were completely booked.... All they could provide was insecticide..........I DO NOT RECOMMEND...... Right now i am sitting in my towel at the reception as they close up at 10pm.....thank god this is my last night.

Latoya, the housekeeping attendant responsible for our room C9, truly went above and beyond during our stay. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence ensured that our room was always immaculate & welcoming. Latoya's warm & friendly demeanor made her a pleasure to interact with. We're grateful for her outstanding service and hospitality. Also food was great at the bar.

Personal und Zimmer waren gut. Von Zimmer bis zum Rezeption und Restaurants sehr weite Wege. Man ist von Shuttle Service sehr abhängig. Wer schlecht laufen kann muß immer auf den Shuttle Service warten. Und der Shuttle Service war sehr begehrt.

We had a great ten day stay at the ritz , got a welcome popsicle:) service was great our room was wonderful , free breakfast was good lots of choices and pool area quiet and drinks delicious with a cherry on top ! No complaints at all we will be back

Unser Aufenthalt war leider sehr enttäuschend. Das Zimmer war deutlich renovierungsbedürftig, mit u.a. Schimmelflecken an der Decke und beschädigten Möbeln. Zudem gab es technische Probleme wie defektes Licht im Bad, ausschließlich kaltes Wasser und instabiles WLAN. Über all diese Punkte hätten wir noch hinwegsehen können. Was unseren Aufenthalt jedoch endgültig negativ geprägt hat, war der Diebstahl von Bargeld aus unserem Zimmer. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt fühlten wir uns nicht mehr sicher. Der Umgang der Mitarbeiter – sowohl in diesem Zusammenhang als auch generell – war durchweg unfreundlich, desinteressiert und wenig hilfsbereit. Insgesamt stimmten Preis und Leistung für uns nicht. Wir werden dieses Hotel definitiv nicht erneut buchen und können es niemandem empfehlen!
