"The hotel was great, however be mindful of spring break. The hotel was full of young college kids. The food at the restaurants was amazing however the buffet needs help with choices and freshness. The entertainment staff was amazing and engaged with the guest. There needs to be more wait staff during the day, at night there is plenty. The views are amazing and the water warm. Housekeeping always made a point of keeping the room clean. Lots to do outside of the hotel as well. "

"From the moment we exited the shuttle and walked through the lobby doors, we had a spectacular view directly to the pool outside the Ocean facing doors opposite of the entry doors. Truly an amazing view The property was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean with staff constantly cleaning throughout The beach was gorgeous and views of the multi shades of blue water and NO SEAWEED!! The food from the buffet and specialty restaurants were second to none compared to many other all inclusive resorts we stayed at over the past 30 years"

"I stayed in the Honeymoon suit for 5 days and my expectations were more than met. Housekeeping cleaned every day of my stay and delivered extra towels and bedding almost on demand. The staff did a great job along with the bartenders. They actually sell real alcohol here and it isn’t the watered down stuff you get at the lower end resorts. The view was amazing since I had the entire deck to view the resort and its entirety. It was worth it and I’ll definitely be looking for the Secrets brand when I’m traveling abroad. I would recommend this hotel 9 out of 10 times to anyone looking to stay at a nice resort. "

"Staff were wonderful, clean most of the time. Just the one incident when toilet was plugged close to the lobby bar and wasn’t cleaned for about 40 minutes. Can’t blame the staff as it was very busy but other than that, the food was good. "

"This was the perfect resort. We had a group of 11 ranging in ages from 18-71. I loved the size, not too big making it easy for everyone to get around. The food was amazing at every restaurant. Beach is beautiful and you are able to swim in the ocean. The hotel is in walking or a short bus ride to malls, clubs, flea market, ferry and so much more. I’d highly recommend! "
