「I purchased the executive suite for my sister and her husband's 2nd year wedding anniversary. Water was backed up in the tub, light bulbs were missing and their microwave wasn't in the room. May not sound like much but I was very upset because I wanted their experience to be a great one. On the bright side they took really nice pictures in the lobby. The historical hotel is a landmark for Memphis and I hate giving this type of review but I paid a lot of money only to be disappointed.😞」

「This hotel was not ready for prime time. Shower was moldy. Floor was dirty. The lounge was a hour late opening. We went to the restaurant. No one there but the sleeping (yes, sleeping) greeter. If the problem is getting better help, pay the salaries or I predict a closed hotel in months.」

「Stayed with my family. Only thing I noticed was a must probably from the ac unit in the room. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was beyond our expectations and the valet and secured parking gave us great peace of mind while staying down town. Trolly wasn't running because of utility work but down town was very walkable and impressively clean.」
