「this was the absolute best place to stay in memphis! it’s exactly as shown in the photos, but somehow better? the room’s flourishes were so thoughtful. we were greeted by squirrels in the morning. the hosts were communicative & the whole process was smooth! we will definitely stay here again! oh & the shower.. the water pressure is perfect & the shower gel/hair products smell divine!」

「We had a fantastic experience! The hotel was exceptionally quiet and clean. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and we especially appreciated how well-stocked the room was with all the essentials for a multi-night stay.」

「Breakfast wasn’t anything special. There were some black bugs that were found in the bathroom at night (not bed bugs, likely just some time of beetle due to the moisture). 」

「列車で早朝にホテルに到着しましたが、ロビーではくつろげる場所もあり、助かりました。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。部屋は広くて設備も新しく、窓からは夜更けと夜明けのBBking.stも見えて思い出になりました。朝食も美味しく、コーヒやワッフル、スクランブルエッグなどいただきました。Beale Stにアクセスがよく安心して散歩できました。最高のホテルです。メンフィスにまた来ることがあれば再来したいです。」

「The room was clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly. From our room you could hear music from the street late at night, so if you try to get to sleep early, staying here or anywhere on beale street probably wouldn't be the best choice. Showers/bathtubs need to be updated as well, but over all the room was clean and maintained.」

「Everything about this place is fabulous. Staff are outstanding, location is marvelous, nearby restaurants/shops are outstanding! The welcoming glass of champagne upon arrival was deeply appreciated. I cannot wait to visit the River Inn soon! Thank you all for a wonderful stay.」

「We loved our room. It was exceptionally clean with well- throughout amenities. Only thing that was even a little annoying was the sounds of traffic and surrounding entertainment. This went into the wee hours of the morning, but we still had a pretty restful night!」

「It started wonderfully… Staff at the front desk was welcoming, friendly and kind every time we came and went. However, our room was never cleaned despite repeated requests to both the cleaning staff in person, the “clean my room” tag hung on the door, and direct requests to the front desk. 4 days, 3 nights. Not ONCE. I had to go to the front desk to get towels and fresh sheets the third night, they wouldn’t even bring them up because only one person was working. Terrible experience, would...
