「So strange to me that this place has such great reviews.. while the staff is amazing, the rooms themselves and hallways and elevators and just very rundown. The art in the hallways is literally hand drawn with sharpies.. or perhaps a magazine picture modgepodged with a frame sharpied around it? The decor needs a major overhaul. 「Our experience at this hotel has been the worse. We have booked through Expedia for many years and this is the first time where the hotel we booked did not offer the ammenities that it said it had. In our case it was a washer and dryer. The person at the front desk told us it was a problem out of their control because it was advertised wrong on the Expedia website and that they could NOT do anything about it. The room was also in a very poor condition. The door DID NOT close all the way and...
