"Hotel staff was very friendly, all our needs were met. When we asked for something they brought it up to us promptly. The free breakfast was very good. The hallway leading to our room was dirty, stains on the carpet, trash all along the hallway, and smelt like cigarettes and marijuana. Our room was pretty clean compared to the hallway, thank goodness. "Very good front desk and breakfast help (Ernest). Breakfast was better than other motel breakfasts, with corn taquitos or "tornados" & salsa. And they offer at least one regular (not sugar-ladened) cereal: Cheerios! (Bran Flakes would be good option, too! Area is quiet in general. Awoke to the Mockingbird. I didn't like having to carry our heavy bags up and down the stairs. The newly-renovated room APPEARED elegant enough. Th AC worked well for the front seating area, while the back bed area...

"The stay was great! The location was very convenient for walking and the staff was very friendly. They answered all my questions and I did have a lot of them. The only unfortunate parts of the stay were there were no microwaves in the room or anywhere in the hotel and they don’t have their hotel fee posted on their website. I understand it wasn’t a security deposit, it was a fee. Which is fine, but it was a cost that I didn’t plan for so it through part of the trip off. Overall great experience though. "

"The hotels are beautiful and well-maintained. The streets and sidewalks are Dirty and you can very easily trip if you’re not paying attention. Part of the ambience of New Orleans. The location in ambience of the hotel were exceptional and would definitely stay there again. "
