「The difficulty with this accommodation is that it sits between one-way streets. The entry is in one street and the car park in another. I did appreciate having the car in secure parking. When it was time to leave I had to find a way to get out of the carpark, which I needed the key for and then travel a few blocks in order to come in via the one-way streets to hand in the key via the other entrance. I did suggest that the hotel considers putting a key deposit box at the exits for the car parks....

「Overall apartment was large. Great views and a great location. But unfortunately in need of some maintenance. Carpet stained, walls need painting, crack in window, mould in showers, water pressure terrible, dishwasher smelled like eggs, glassware dirty with lipstick, plates dirty in draw. Not enough plates to service the amount of people apartment accommodates. 」

「When I made the booking, it is a two bedrooms room. However, the design of this room is strange. It has one big door and has two doors on left and right. It just like a two separate rooms. My kids are small and cannot accept this room type. However, I get upgrade for my room type and live in a house that is great. 「訂咗海景兩房apartment，景觀開揚、房間簡約、寬敞及整潔！敗筆之處，過咗下午四點已經沒有真人交鎖匙！前一日下午或之前幾日send 來嘅類似網上express check in, 入完所需資料，去到入信用卡資料，就話沒有資料。最令人失望及阻礙check in, 必須打電話問對方取大門密碼；再進入住客lift lobby, 要在大廳廣眾在電話透露個人資料/及信用卡敏感資料，打告之開啟小夾萬密碼取房匙！問題是我一早已經告知我會late chevk in 及在那所謂rxpress check in e-mail已經填入個人資料！幸好，我比預期半夜前到達，否則，半夜check in 真係唔知有冇人接電話！」
