「SleepNeat is a little gem and proper home from home. It greatly exceeded our expectations. Situated in a quiet residential area yet just over a mile from Ascot racecourse it was ideal for our stay. We were visiting Royal Ascot for the first time and combined that with a visit the previous evening to Windsor races (an Oasis tribute band were performing after the races which was a welcome bonus). 「I accommodated here with my mum who's in wheelchair & I remarked our condition in the booking before checking in. However, I found the bathroom is the same as ordinary people when I saw there's a step up to the shower cubicle. As the bathroom floor doesn't have sewage, she's unable to take shower over the stays. As it's co-operated with Ibis in the same building, I'd rather go for Ibis next time as they literally provide a full accessible bathroom to us last year. Although Mercure is new...
