「Good situation Clean AC not working really well Remote control of tv not working」

「A beautifully furnished and comfortable studio apartment very centrally located in Earls Court . The apartment was clean, the bed very comfortable and it had a washing machine, microwave, tv and fridge - everything you would need for a short London stay. Unfortunately we arrived in a heat wave and there was little to NO ventilation in the flat and only a fan that could not cool the place. Also we found the check in communication very cumbersome and not particularly clear. It can definitely be...

「First of all communication and organisation was outstanding, cleanliness was also top drawer, however, even advertised as a Compact Room, it was too small for my wife and I, in fact it was/is the smallest room we’ve ever stayed in and we’re both in our 70s. Neither of us could turn around in the shower and although the bathroom/toilet was immaculately clean, the smell from the drains was appalling! Probably ok for a single person weighing no more than 8 stone…but not for us!」

「Had a great stay. Location was excellent.」

「Our host was accommodating he let us check in early and bought a new dinner set the next day when I alerted him. I liked the fact that parking came included and it was centrally located. We did have a few problems such as the excess dust and dirt under the sofa, the uncomfortable bed, the linen that really needs changing (it’s been washed too many times) and the dishwasher wasn’t functioning. 」
