My go to hotel when in UK! Staff are incredibly warm, friendly and so helpful. Lovely food for breakfast, nibbles, tea or drinks and the area is easily accessible from Heathrow or by trains. Rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable.

Fabulous location, the castle is about one a minute walk from the hotel. The rooms are beautiful, as is the reception area.

The room was large with comfortable bed and very quiet room. No view from our room. The breakfast was excellent with many options. There are several restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Windsor castle is just across the street too. The staff was great as they let me borrow a phone charger

We stayed over for one night. Concierge was great upon arrival, and staff were very welcoming. Reception area smelt lovely as we walked in and the surrounding are immaculate.
