"Traveling with our two kids and asked for two rooms close together - ended up at complete opposite sides and had to go back to front desk to have rooms changed. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable with a nice duvet. Was not able to locate any USB charging ports anywhere, which seems odd, especially at an airport hotel. Had a nice dessert at the hotel restaurant for our daughter’s birthday; they were very nice and brought her a free dessert with a candle and Happy Birthday on the plate; however, service was quite slow. No free shuttle to the airport, but apparently that’s standard at all the airport hotels "

"The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant was very good too. We ate four dinners and one breakfast there. We would stay there again. Very convenient to airport transportation options. Fairly close to Windsor and Windsor Castle."

"We stayed here before a flight. The staff were very nice and the eating options were good. There is a pool, sauna, steam room and gym which we made use of. If staying overnight before a flight again then I will definitely stay here. "

"Such a lovely boutique hotel-- with a charming green garden in the back, Michelin- recognized restaurant on site, a great bar with innovative cocktails, and a nice well-ventilated gym with equipment in good condition. Rooms are lovely-- I had a garden view and the ambience was very tranquil. Good shower, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, and quiet. Happen to stay during Mother's Day U.K. and received an unexpected bouquet of flowers and complimentary glass of prosecco in the evening-- which was just lovely. And really must recommend the roast beef and Yorkshire pudding-- absolutely delicious and not heavy in any way. Hotel is easy to get to-- just steps away from Earl Court tube stop. Highly recommend and look forward to returning again soon."
