"The hotel has beautiful views, but it definitely needs improvement when it comes to service. I stayed for 6 days, and on my last night a staff member knocked on my door asking if i needed towels, sheets changed, or trash taken out. I found that a bit inappropiate, especially since it was my last day. There is not housekeeping service during the stay, which was disappointing."

"Our balcony looked in rough shape. The metal frame was an eyesore. The door itself was old and the chair in our room was dirty and stained."

"Excellent, ultra clean and well maintained property. Villas are big and totally updated. Pool and Jacuzzi are beautiful. Ocean view with turquoise blue water is to die for. Staff were very helpful with activity ideas. Property is away from noise and congestion of San Juan. You need a car to go around. But the surroundings are quiet, green and I can't say enough nice things about everything."

"It was clean plenty amenities. Easy access to parking and entrances. Great staff. The only thing bad was the room service only came one day on a 4 day stay and i had 3 rolls of toilet paper and when they came they took 2 rolls away and i needed them."
