「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「The room was very nice decorated, but it had roaches. Especially below the refrigerator. The last night one roach was in our bed. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Also the bed is not comfortable neither the pillows. My rating is -0.」

「Es un buen hotel, pero necesita invertir en su pintura exterior. Además, una de las sábanas de la habitación estaba manchada; la máquina de hielo del piso estaba fuera de servicio; y el tercer piso no tenía botones para pedir el ascensor. El desayuno estuvo bueno y tuvimos un buen servicio en recepción. Tiene un buen potencial.」

「Ruido de musica y bolas de billar toda la noche y madrugada. TV con 3 o 4 canales y con mala recepcion. Ducha con salidero mojando para todos lados. Butaca del cuarto curtida de suciedad. Zafacon pequeño. Parking es de hotel Melia y no habian espacios disponible. En resumen, no recomiendo este hotel.」

「We stayed with 2 adults and 1 toddler, I feel like we paid for was what we got. The only hiccup was that Expedia never sent out my contact information and also never told me that they didn’t so I didn’t get an email with the instructions until I called but when I did the owners were super helpful and sent them to me right away. It was in a good location with lots of shops and restaurants/cafes in walking distance. I didn’t have any issues at all during my stay there and would honestly stay there...
