「Todo muy limpio & organizado. Súper cómodo . La atención al cliente excelente! No tengo quejas de este lugar. Volvería de nuevo a visitarlos. Me encantó este lugar.」

「Staff was wonderful although one did recommend Casa del Chef as a good place to go for great food but it seems their waitstaff pick and choose who they treat well… If you do decide to go anyway DO NOT order their Chicharron de Pollo… it’s disgusting, they claim it’s white meat only which is a lie. Nothing but tendons and maybe some dark meat which is gummy, chewy, and tasteless. Anyway, back to the actual hotel… Rooms are cleaned daily, parking is plentiful, food is very good. We ate there twice...

「The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.」

「Make sure to have managers overnight phone number before they closed the reception because we had a situation after midnight and they were unavailable to help. They say that the overnight manager phones number was on reception and guess what?? Was closed. We were unable to get phones number. Hopefully another guest help with the situation. The place is great.」

「Saludos, el recepcionista muy amable. No obstante, es lamentable que hay una plaga de moscas no tan solo en el cuarto sino en todas las áreas recreativas. Asimismo, no hay toallas disponibles en la habitación lo cual dificulta el uso del baño. Además, la bañera y el inodoro tenían muy poca presión de agua. Esperemos que se pueda trabajar la situación ya que, el lugar cuenta con una buena ubicación.」

「The hotel was nice, it has a small casino that closes at 12 midnight and a billiard area. McDonald’s is a 3 min drive from the hotel (which helps when you have kids along). Since it was Saturday the hotel had live music and the musicians played very well! The hotel had 2 pools and the one with the slide (for kids) kept the children entertained. 「Estaba limpio, personal atento. Perooooo, no había wifi, no había señal para ver TV . Todo el primer piso estaba vacío (antes tenía lugar para niños y sitios para comer). Básicamente era una cama para dormir y absolutamente nada más .」
