The room was ok, but my main great experience was with the staff A++. The staff is amazing in that place. Another thing they have good food, and the view is a plus for me. and another thing that I really like about the place is that they always have good music going on so I definitely would visit that place again

Its the third time that I stayed there. I like it a lot and my grandkids have a lot of fun at the pool and bowling. They have many other thing to entretain

The hotel did not offer enough activities for kids as advertised, which was disappointing. Breakfast was very repetitive every day, only bread, ham, cheese, and a small cupcake. On the last day, the food quality was poor: the rice was overly salty, and the chicken chicharrones were very hard and difficult to eat. Overall, the stay was average, but improvements are needed in food quality and family-friendly activities.

Clean room, nice pool and heated. I didn't like that the room door was glass and the light came thru the door andit was hard to sleep with so much brightness. I would suggest changing the door for a solid metal door.

The environment was fantastic great drinks great food at the restaurant the chef greeted us fed our family of 7 even after we arrived late the pools were perfect the games were liked but the view speaks for itself weekend was very busy there was a wedding but week days felt like we had the place to ourselves because it's so spread out looking forward to trying the other two hotels

Our room was extremely clean. Breakfast was delicious. It was more than what we had anticipated. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The cocktails were great. The pool was very nice. The grounds were very clean and people were extremely friendly and they went way above beyond their responsibility. I would not hesitate to stay again.👍❤️💥😋

The only issue was that breakfast was promised to be delivered to our room at 7:00 a.m. due to our early departure, but it never arrived and we had to leave without eating.

The check in was at 3pm. And at 5 I wansnt assing room. For only 69 rooms at the hoteI thinks its was long enough to wait for it room. The rooms door was glass frosted and the light pass trow the glass door and the light for the corredor wasnt shut down. I have to improvise and put a black table cloth at the door for me try to go to sleep. But the worst was the music so loud that count sleep they have the music ridiculoae loud. Until 11pm. So I stay another night same same thing. So I deside to get back home. No need to have the music so loud. There was no need to have the music so loud distubance. Not stay there again.

No es un hotel lujoso, es como un parador. Perl te sientes como.si estuvieras en un crucero por que no te vas a aburrir. Todos son super amables. Al principio me queria ir pq.hay que caminar para todo bastante. Pero le di oportunidad y ya quiero volver jajaja La vas a pasar bien si vas tanto en pareja o en familia

El estacionamiento no cumple con requisitos basicos de seguridad. Un solo carril para entrar y salir ante una situación de emergencia se imposibilita la saluda del complejo rapidamente. La nevera de la habitacion no funciono y nunca fueron a repararla. En cuanto a la comida muy buena
