Hotel looks and feels like a motel. At least room was clean and bed although uncomfortable didnt have any bugs or roaches in it. No Wi-Fi at all and tv only had 3 channels which two were local. Was enough to take a bath, sleep and leave early next day.

When we arrived at the hotel we realized that the photos are nothing like those that were taken for the promotion, the check-in was quick, we went to the room that was assigned to us and when we entered it smelled musty and the bathroom had cockroaches, we went to the front desk we let him know and they assigned us another room the same had the bottom of the door an opening of two fingers of space we had to ask for a towel to put it in the space so that no animals would not enter, there were many mosquitoes the interior of the room the pool was dirty, the drain of the bathtub and the sink did not go down well the water took a long time to go down, they did not offer breakfast or snacks, the room did not even have a refrigerator, the last day we found a fairly large cockroach in the bathroom, the hygiene of the room was not the best either.

Las fotos presentadas aquí no son reales. Facilidades muy descuidadas, perros y gatos realengos en todo el hotel. La máquina de hielo inservible. No hay agua caliente para bañarse, las bañeras están tapadas, el agua no baja. Mal olor en las habitaciones, baños muy descuidados y sucios. Luces del tocador no funcionaban. El servicio al cliente en la noche es inexistente, sólo hay un supuesto guardia de seguridad que no pudo ayudar ni resolver la situación. En fin, un lugar muy malo para quedarse. Jamás volvería aquí.

My experience was TERRIBLE. Dirty pool, no staff, restaurant/bar (is no restaurant/bar just someone that can put something to eat together) was supposed to be open all day Saturday we went to check, it was closed at 8. Sunday we were all day without TV, staff try to fix it, had to complain 3 times finally at 3 pm someone fix it, ice machine not working, is no fridge in the room so I have to continue to go to the lobby for ice, no phone in the room so I have to either use mines or walk to the lobby. I ask for the music box to be put by us since the day before it was by the pool, they put it out side of the lobby claiming it was no security around, I never saw security, they only have 3 employees working, place is sounrended by cats and dogs, I am a pet lover but it was a Lil ridiculous, no no hot water, sink keep getting back up, today Monday 1/12 no water at all and I feel something walking on me I turn on the light and it was a ROACH! I couldn't believe it and when we went to check out they said we own $43 for breakfast I really thought breakfast was included apparetly no, but I was never informed and for that price I will rather drive to El Meson or Ihop, Manager made the adjustment for the breakfast but I really think she thought I was just trying to get a free breakfast, she apologized for the experience but didn't show any sympathy, I been in Retail for 20 plus yrs and I always make sure I go above and beyond for my customers. Never going back or recomending this place.

We were given a room that was not meant to be given. Door didn’t close right, room wasn’t ready, room was dirty, AC was leaking and rusted, and shower had no water nor towels. It was the 31st and they were short staffed. Manger tried to give another room but the damage was done since this made us late for an event.

That place should not be open to public. The room we stayed the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling right below the toilet. The toilet was broken water coming from the bottom into the room. It was a nightmare,not able to use the bathroom. Causing us to leave the place early in the morning not able to rest. The aspect of the entire place was worthless. A motel would have been better. I want my money back.
