"According to the reviews I was thinking this was not the place to stay however it was enjoyable. It was quiet, clean and the customer service was excellent. The breakfast in the morning was great. Knowing what I know now next time I'm in Anchorage I will be staying there. "

MS Kathesha was very helpful when I was having issues with the electronic reservation program. She was even thoughtful enough to follow up with a curtesy call to ensure that my reservation form was complete and I had a room. MS Kathesha, went above and beyond to reduce my frustration with the reservation challenges. I'm 78 and electronic stuff is not easy for me. Thank you and your wonderful staff for making my stay very enjoyable."
