Fresh breakfast, seemed to be same thing the 5 days, except the meat option changed we were there. Hot tub seemed was hot, but think the timer was broke with the 15 minute time limit. Was a little slow to refresh our room, was later in the afternoon after 4 pm. Overall good experience. Excellent staff, would recommend to others. Only downside was the homeless in the back of hotel, begging for cigarettes

We chose this hotel specifically because of the pool, hot tub, and its affiliation with Marriott. Based on that brand, we expected a certain standard—but unfortunately, our stay did not meet those expectations. The biggest disappointment was the pool area. The pool was extremely cold, and the hot tub was only slightly warm, making both essentially unusable. This was a major factor in why we booked this hotel, so it was frustrating. We also paid more for this property compared to other options, expecting better overall quality. However, even the suite fell short. The refrigerator was completely iced over and unusable, and the blackout shades—something that’s especially important in Alaska—let in a significant amount of light, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, this stay did not reflect the level of comfort or amenities we expected, especially from a Marriott-branded property.

The staff was the best! In Anchorage from the Kenai for surgery, we received so much kindness and assistance. From the initial greeting of someone to help with our luggage through the rest of our 4-day stay, we were pleasantly surprised with the courtesy and thoughtfulness of the staff. The room was clean and well maintained, but it was the people who were the number one reason we'll go back. The blonde lady at the desk, the talented breakfast preparer, the room service attendants--all of them made a not so pleasant (surgery) reason to be there much better. We will certainly return on future trips to Anchorage.

pubes on bed, stains on furniture. the pool was hairy too but it was okay overall, there weren’t bugs as far as I noticed, I checked the bed and the couch. one worker just ignored us until we spoke to her first which was kinda odd but wtv, the breakfast was NOT good but only okay. I was greeted by two wonderful front desk staff, they had me checked in and were very polite. One of them was in training- after giving me my room key I went to my room and received a phone call that she had failed to return my ID. She asked me to collect it (I feel she should have brought the ID to me). When I walked into the room I could smell urine. Later that evening I went to let in my guest, the front desk night staff (a different person) was very rude and demanded my name and room number as I was waiting for the elevator- I went done at 3am for a snack where he was rude once more, he never once greeted me, thanked me, or even smiled at me. He looked as if I was a chore or a bad smell, even though I had actually not asked for any assistance from him. Finally, check out was at 12, I requested a 1pm late check out, which was granted, however housekeeping came to my door at 11:30 asking me about checkout, except all she could say to me was, “I don’t speak English, checkout?”. Finally when I tried getting into my room at 11:45 my key would not work. So, for the $200 I paid for the night- I was very dissatisfied and disappointed. The breakfast was ok- but the spout for the juice didn’t work and the staff had an entire conversation about management giving the staff the money to buy a new spout. I won’t be staying at spring hill suites again. The only good thing about the hotel was the person I spent the stay with and the fun we had together.
