「Wonderful, clean and comfortable rooms」

「This property is set in a beautiful hillside location with stunning surroundings. The grounds are spacious, and the rooms are large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shared jacuzzi and the thoughtfully designed common areas, which provided plenty of space to relax and unwind. The breakfast was wonderful, and the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten and other dietary allergies, which was greatly appreciated. 「This place doesn't exist.It's an abandoned house with the windows broken out and the door's hanging off the hinges. It should not be listed. I'm fighting to get my money back as we speak.」

「Super clean, very modern and bright. Very spacious and comfortable beds. We would stay again and would recommend to our friends.」

「This place was terrible. Dirty we had two towels no washcloths no hand towels. And not a lot of anything else. We had a TV through the cracks your cable that went to nowhere so we got about four channels. Luckily I plugged my computer in with an HDMI cable and was able to watch some good shows off my computer. I would highly recommend you not stay here.」

「The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!」

「Well, at about 1 AM I get a guy trying to get into my room. I shoo him away. A few minutes later, a security guard comes up. Wakes me up again. I give him my name, and thought I don't get another knock at the door, I can't sleep the rest of the night. I was hoping at a minimum there would haver been an apology. Nothing. No follow-up on this experience whatsoever. You would think the organizational culture would have hinted that someone should have at least acknowledged the mistake. I...

「Our toilet wasn't working when we arrived. They said they were sending someone up, no one came. The best they did was offer for us to use the restroom down stairs in the lobby, weren't compassionate at all! We asked for another room and we didn't even get a response!」
