「Check in was extremely slow. Each group ahead of us took 15 minutes each.
We only booked this hotel due to it having a kitchen. The pictures include a 2 burner induction stove top. The room had cabinets and draws but not 1 utensil, pot, pan, plate, bowl or anything to cook or eat with. Was told but the front desk that this is because they have no way to sanitize. The listing for the hotel is very misleading. My 1 night stay should be refunded.」

「I was here for a short stay but the room was great! Easy to find, easy to park, felt like there were some amenities I didn’t have the time to utilize, downstairs lobby had lovely social areas but I had an early departure so I did not make use of them. Very comfy bed.」

「Our toilet wasn't working when we arrived. They said they were sending someone up, no one came. The best they did was offer for us to use the restroom down stairs in the lobby, weren't compassionate at all! We asked for another room and we didn't even get a response!」
