Loved our stay at Staybridge Suites. Clean comfortable room, great water pressure in the shower, and the best breakfast, hands down, of any hotel that offers free breakfast. Staff was pleasant and helpful, lobby and breakfast area were so nice. We loved it.

Front desk staff member was unfriendly a slightly rude during check in. Hotel is nice and clean. I had a king suite with separate bedroom. The tv was small for price of the room and the channel options are severely limited. No option to link to personal NetFlix or YouTube. Weight room was decent. Also, only two very small trash cans fit the size of the suite-odd. Might be a decent option during the Summer when you plan to spend less time in the room or hotel.

Breakfast was spot on!!! Delicious and plentiful. Room was clean and bed was comfy!! Staff was polite and helpful! Enjoyed our winter visit to Anchorage. Just wish the fireplace was lit, we were there a week and not once was it lit 😢

The hotel states to do a light touch everyday. Our room was cleaned the first day but not the rest. We talked to the front desk on Friday morning and we were assured the room will be cleaned that day. It wasn"t. We talked again in the evening and the told us it would be cleaned on Saturday. Obly when we complained on Saturday evening that the room hadn"t been cleaned for 4 days, the recepcionist sent a maid to collect trash and gave us fresh towels. Finally on Sunday the room got the light touch it needed it.

This was the best hotel ever. It has a pool and hot tub, with a perfectly useful kitchen, cozy rooms, and it was very clean. It's in an excellent central location, and they had the best continental breakfast we've ever tried!
