「This hotel was under construction when we checked in . But the staffs were extremely helpful in everything. There is no elevator in the property but the staffs helped us carrying up & down our luggages . They even helped us loading our car . The rooms were very clean and the staffs made sure we had everything we need for our stay . Our special thanks goes to Mike & Amanda who made our stay very comfortable & memorable also .」

「This property is set in a beautiful hillside location with stunning surroundings. The grounds are spacious, and the rooms are large and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the shared jacuzzi and the thoughtfully designed common areas, which provided plenty of space to relax and unwind. The breakfast was wonderful, and the hosts went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten and other dietary allergies, which was greatly appreciated. 「With taxes, etc our room cost us over $400. We were definitely disappointed. Yes, the hotel is in a convenient location, close to restaurants and across from The Captain Cook (which we had reservations for the next night). We arrived from a very long day of travel and wanted a soda or bottled water… not one vending machine in the place. The beds were comfortable, the kitchenette was unnecessary, the curtains weren’t sun blocking. The gal at checkin was very nice.」

「The room is a total disaster. Broke and battered. Worst Scenario ever faced! Nightmare! Broken everything, the drapes, the electric wall plug were without surface plates exposing the socket , only one socket works out of 2! The shower slide door won’t slide, walls were dirty with lumpy paint tears down the wall. Furniture were aged and dirty and shinny from aged grease rubbing on it. Fabric were vintage and old. Flooring was dull and old . Insufficient lighting. Worst if worst experience!」

「Showed up after a late flight and room was not available. Someone did answer the phone when I called which was appreciated. Some advanced notification would have been helpful. It left us without a room after a late flight. The location did not match the Expedia photos. The address was in a run down part of town with no signage.」

「This did not feel like a safe building or area. Room was bare bones but not particularly clean, and the deadbolt had been removed from the interior of the door. Would not have felt safe without my husband also there, and even so we almost changed hotels last second.」
