"Overall, this is a great property. Hakone is a special place, and the rooms really capture that traditional ryokan atmosphere. The in-room onsen is incredible. The water feels amazing, you can control the temperature, and being outdoors surrounded by nature makes the experience even more special. The food is also excellent, both dinner and breakfast are high quality and very traditional Japanese style. "
