"On the conditions it stated that tattoos may not be allowed but then when I got to the bath house there was a warning that those with tattoos will be removed from the premises. "This hotel is located near Gora station. We arrived too early for check in but they offered to keep our luggage for us until the check in time. So we were able enjoy lunch and sightseeing for a few hours. Their customer service was above beyond throughout the stay. They have multiple Onsen facilities and restaurants in the building. We had a great time and definitely come back and recommend it to others. "
