"Beautiful property, great view, very nice and helpful staff, good price as well."

"Amazing stay."

"We loved our stay! The room was quiet and comfortable. We loved the public baths and breakfast (we didn't have dinner with our room). The staff was very welcoming. There's also a shuttle from the hotel down to the bus stop in Motohakone or it's an easy 15 min walk. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and has nice views."

"Amazing hotel in Hakone! Stunning property, staff were lovely! Beautiful spot right on the lake. Would definitely stay here again if we ever come Back to Hakone"

"久しぶりの箱根で　こちらを選んで　大正解でした。温泉の質も良く、料理　従業員の方々のホスピタリティの高さ また是非　伺いたい旅館でした。 ２回目もあると思います！"

"Fantastic stay and host!"

"房間整潔面積比較細少缺乏舒適感，只能說是夠住的。其他設施空間亦細。膳食西式但份量比較少，自備小小乾糧比較好！用餐出菜時間跟西式所以很慢！服務人員態度是好的！酒店車亦準時和有禮貌！"

"The best Ryokan in Hakone."

"Great Staff, enjoyed breakfast"

"Exceptional place to stay in Hakone, Highly recommended, a lot of things to do for kids including the indoor water park - only giving 4 out of 5 stars due to early check out times, we requested for 10-15 mins extra but was told we have to pay, Apart from that an excellent place, will stay again here"

"We enjoyed our stay at the beautiful mountain oasis"

"It is just a lovely retreat in a beautiful location. The hotel rooms are a lovely minimalist Japanese design, and the staff couldn't be more helpful. I wish we had more time to stay here longer, and it's one of the very few places I would absolutely return to without hesitation."

"Beautiful hotel and helpful staff!"

"Nice little get-away from all the hotels in Hakone. Owner and his wife runs this place. Not that crowded and offers warm-spring bath. Only downside is it's a bit away from everything, though the owner will pick you up from the Oshita bus stop."

"Room had great view Amenities and staff excellent"
