"This property is one of a kind. The staff is amazing and will do everything they can to make your stay feel special and like your the only people there. The hotel itself is beautiful from the infinity pond with the bamboo forest behind it to the walkways to your room and beyond, and the food… the food is to die for. "Such a lovely boutique hotel with beautiful facilities. Amazing hospitality - the staff made us feel very welcome. Our first Ryokan experience couldn't have been better. There is a Family Mart nearby and the Ashi Lake is only a 15 minutes bus ride away. We hope to be back soon!"
